    This field entry indicates whether or not the specified AMIS Segment has been inactivated.  It is a set of codes where '0' stands for NO and '1' stands for YES.
  • TECHNICAL DESCR:  
    This field indicates whether or not the AMIS Segment has been inactivated.  Note that the INACTIVATION DATE field (#.03) is alternatively used to determine the activation status, based on the date.

    This field stores the date/time on which the AMIS Segment is inactivated.
  • TECHNICAL DESCR:  
    Some AMIS Segments were inactivated as of a given date.  Prior to this date, the segment is active.  After the date it is not (e.g. AMIS 419).
50 DIVISION D;0 POINTER Multiple #391.11 391.11

  • DESCRIPTION:  This multiple contains information entered for each AMIS Segment, including the Division and REPORT MONTH/YEAR multiple.
    These fields should not be enter/edited via FM without ISC guidance.
  • TECHNICAL DESCR:  This multiple is a pointer to the MEDICAL CENTER DIVISION FILE (#40.8). It contains a multiple, REPORT MONTH/YEAR (#391.12). As such, data is stored with the hierarchy of AMIS Segment, then Division, then MONTH/YEAR.
    This entire multiple will be created by the AMIS 400 report generation if a patient is dispositioned from this division.  The division is DINUMed with the Medical Center Division File.
