DESCRIPTION 
The system is monitored in the following routines. ACHSDF1, ACHSAVAR,
ACHSDN2. If certain parameters are found missing the error is recorded in
the global ^ACHSERR. When there are entries in this global, users with the
ACHSZMGR key are warned with a message on screen. They can then fix the
problem. This option is used to "reset" the global i.e. kill it once the
problems are fixed.
