Option: PSD EDIT/CANC VER ORD

This option allows the pharmacy supervisor access to edit or cancel a
verified order.  The order must be edited or cancelled prior to being
delivered to the NAOU.  A verified order may be edited only once.  It
must be cancelled and re-entered if a second edit is required.  Quantity,
manufacturer, lot number, and expiration date are the only fields in which
edits can be made.
