Option: XUTM ERROR SCREEN ADD

Allows the user to add more error screens.  An error screen is a string
of characters that Taskman compares to the $ZE value of every error it
traps.  Taskman only logs those trapped errors whose $ZE values do not
contain an error screen as a substring.  The system manager can choose
to have the screen count the number of errors it screens out.
