  1.  ;;a)  AUT v 98.1, Patch 7, modifies the EDUCATION TOPICS 
  1.  ;;    data dictionary, file # 9999999.09, to allow the adding
  1.  ;;    of education topics using ICD Diagnosis codes.  The
  1.  ;;    functionality of adding education topics using ICD codes
  1.  ;;    will be part of the next patch to PCC Data Entry (APCD).

  1.  ;;    Modifications to dd 9999999.09 are:
  1.  ;;    (1)  Length of .01 (NAME) increased from 30 to 50;
  1.  ;;    (2)  Field .04, ICD DIAGNOSIS, is added;
  1.  ;;    (3)  Field .049, ICD DESCRIPTION, is added (this is a
  1.  ;;         computed field, which retrieves the description
  1.  ;;         from the ICD DIAGNOSIS file);
  1.  ;;    (4)  Length of 1 (MNEMONIC) increased from 7 to 12;
  1.  ;;    (5)  Pattern match in field 1 input transform

  1.  ;;b)  This patch is issued in support of the IHS Health

  1.  ;;c)  The KIDS transport file for Patch 7 is inclusive of patches
  1.  ;;    1 through 6.  However, the environment check routine for
  1.  ;;    patch 7 will prevent the loading of any or all of patches
  1.  ;;    1 through 6 if they have already been installed on the
  1.  ;;    target system.
