This file is for entry of search templates that the ite manager or a user desires never to have deleted. The access to this file is restricted. You must have a DUZ(0) set to "@" to have access to this file. Read access is "M" however. After the post initialization routine, ATSPOST runs, all users will receive mail indicating that certain search templates will be deleted in 60 days. Typically, search templates will need to be kept around for a limited amount of time. The user would then indicate save in the Save Search Template option (ATSMANAGE). If a user wants a search template saved indefinitely, indicate so in the SITE MGR SEARCH TEMPLATE file. This search template will not be deleted in 60 days nor will the user be notified again that this search template is older than 30 days and will be deleted unless otherwise indicated. The search template will remain on the system unless removed from the SITE MGR SEARCH TEMPLATE file.
