    possible values: DUE, APPLICABLE, and N/A.
    DUE includes the status of DUE NOW and DUE SOON.
    APPLICABLE includes the status of DUE NOW, DUE SOON, and RESOLVED.
    N/A includes the status of N/A and NEVER.
