This file allows the local Site to enter the codes that will be used within a locally defined table. These codes are used in conjunction with the 25 Major Diagnostic Categories to further describe, in detail, the Categories. After the Table file is built, the Site Parameters file needs to be set to "YES" at the prompt 'PROMPT FOR LOCAL CATEGORIES'. This allows the User the enter Local Categories at the data entry level.
