Option: BAR MAN RPT CXL

This report contains a list of AR Bills that have a "CANCELLED" status in
Third Party Billing.  The user may request the report contain only
"CANCELLED" bills w/an open balance (positive or negative).  If the user
indicates no (meaning they want all "CANCELLED" bills regardless of
balance) he/she must indicate a visit/3P approval date range.
The Detail Report will print Bill Number, Patient Name, Amount Billed,
Date of Service and Bill Balance.  It will be sorted and totalled by AR
Account and Visit Location.  A report total will also be provided.
