| UPPERCASE MENU TEXT | START/STOP LOG OF HL7 TRANSMIS |
| PACKAGE | HEALTH LEVEL SEVEN |
| ROUTINE | LOG^HLUOPT |
| DESCRIPTION |
This option is used to start/stop the log of HL7 transmissions. The log
should normally only be started when you are testing the HL7 interface.
After testing is finished, the log should be stopped to save disk space
and reduce global sets. The log data is stored descendant from the
^TMP("HL",ION) global node, where ION is equal to the name of the HL7
Device that was entered into the HL7 Non-DHCP Application Parameter file.
It can be purged at any time by killing the ^TMP("HL",ION) global. You
are also asked if you want to purge the data whenever you start/stop the
log.
