Option: LRCAPDL

  This option can be used to download data from the WKLD LOG FILE (64.03) to
spread sheets. The user is able to select the character used to separate
data to match the spread sheet used. The '^' character is not allowed as 
a field separator and the character may not be null. The output can be 
captured in an ASCII file to be later imported into a spread sheet.
  Not all sites will make use of the option or this file. The field
that controls the collection of the data into the file is located
in the LABORATORY SITE file (#69.9) COLLECT WKLD LOG FILE DATA (#616).
